We took the same software that lets SpaceX and NASA do the impossible and gave it to some high school students, just to see what would happen. We followed one promising senior, documenting her story. We launched social, pre-roll, broadcast, and content on Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day. The world noticed.
The documentary was one of the most viewed videos on Siemens’ YouTube channel.
Ashley’s story was picked up by media outlets all over the country, including The Today Show, Newsweek, the Miami Herald, Yahoo, MSN, Cheddar, and AOL. She was recognized on the Alabama State Senate floor and the mayor of Hunstville declared February 21st “Ashley Kimbel Day.”
